Uh, I guess I am one of the people that you are talking about (because in a old topic, I said that CN stinks nowdays, and ASDFmovie is one of the rare cases that random is awesome).

I still stand by what I said. The new CN shows are terrible, including Adventure Time and Regular Show. However, ASDFmovie is actually kinda funny, even though it is random. The difference is what random stuff is. The CN shows are 100% random, and they try to make normal stuff funny. It doesn't work. ASDF, on the other hand, has weird things like "I like trains" and "Die potato", which can actually be funny.

ASDF is a case where randomness is funny and it's near impossible to laugh at.

Randomness can be funny or boring, depending on how it's used.

CN: doing it wrong.
asdfmovie: doing it right.

Eh, I've never seen ASDF movie (couldn't even if I wanted to do, I can't go on YT). But as for CN...yeah, I don't watch that much either. Adventure Time, I've seen a couple of times and I thought it was epic.    Regular Show...dunno...only seen around 3 minutes worth of it, and I don't really remember it. The Amazing World of Gumball...I saw the last 4-8 minutes of an episode, and it was actually pretty funny. It reminded me of Chowder. XD
