Are you allowed to talk about things not related to scratch on forums?

I was going to post a forum on the rugby world cup but i did not incase its against the rules..... Can anyone clarify this?  smile

There is a place where you can talk about miscellaneous topics, thats the miscellaneous forum. However, you aren't a regular scratcher and you can't post there. Its to prevent a lot of spam.

Ok, thanks, thats helpful, to become a regular scratcher you have to be active alot and be involved in forums right? How long does it take?

You have to be active on the forums and the main site. From what I've seen, people with only around 10 posts on the forums, but a lot of comments and projects posted on the main site get upgraded faster than someone with 100 posts but only 1 project and 3 comments.

There's no set time for how long it takes, it just depends on how active you are.  smile
