Minecraft Error: "End of Steam"

I would like to know if anyone else is getting this error when connecting to a multiplayer server. Thank you!

I have. But to fix it:

Set your server to offline in the PROPERTIES file.
It should fix it.

How do I do that? If its at the online-mode part, I tried that already, and it crashed my server.

Im not sure whether it said steam or stream. I think was stream. But anywhat,  fixed it now! Thanks to Servine. Your method worked  wink

On browser?

Do you mean using the one on minecraft.net?

I'm pretty sure it isn't... I have an online server and my friends can play it just fine.
