Okay, the picture has to be somewhere online. Then use:
[img]URL of the image here[/img]
I think this is what you do for a link image, but I'm not sure:
[url=Destination URL][img]Image URL[/img][/url]

Like you made the image in Paint or GIMP or something and want that in your sig? If that's the case, upload it to an image hosting site like Tinypic or Photobucket and put the URL it gives you in your sig.

If you want to put your own picture in your signature, you will need to upload it to a site like TinyPic. If you use tinypic, select the code that says "IMG Code for Forums & Message Boards" and copy it into your signature.
