If it's non-hamachi, you have to put the port (Let's say your IP is 189.2.31.5. You'd put 189.2.31.5:25565, as 25565 is the default port, unless you changed it.) If it's non-hamachi, you'd have had to portforward also, or it wouldn't work. You either portforwarded or made it with hamachi, right?

Well, then, if it's hamachi, go to hamachi, and see what your hamachi IP is. You have to put that. It usually (If not always) starts with a 5. No port.
