Color under x: [] y: [] block
It would be a reporter block, and it would report a number from 1 - 100
A good example is using this with the
Set pen color to ()
Block. (the non-picker version)

Make it in Scratch! because it's cooler when it's made in scratch

You mean (color of pixel at x: ( ) y: ( )|? We definitely need that. Even better, Scratch should have full color capabilities as seen in the Scratch modification Panther!
