Ugh, no not at all.

It looks like a real eye but it's plastic. He just calls it a glass eye because that apparently "sounds better'.

There was already an image in his sig with the same url, but with an image with a hammer and a sickle, so I think he changed the image (of the hammer and sickle) to something else.
