Re: Scripts as text files

Hold down the Shift key and click on the Extras button.  Select Write Project Summary and a text file will be saved in the Scratch folder.

Scratch doesn't have the ability to import scripts from text files.  You can import scripts from other projects but not from text files.

Jens, in his experimental variant of Scratch called Chirp, did build in a text import feature.  I have not worked with it so I don't know how hard it is to use.
