The house next to spawn has been blown up. I'm pretty sure it was the owner, who didn't like it, blowing it up. But I thought I best tell you, incase it's griefing. It looks ugly though (since there are bits still there), he shouldn't have blown it up, just sold it or something.

Only about 5 people don't want to, I believe. A mix of Gladians and Phoenixes. There's been a lot of argument, so I really want to know.

Thats mine. It wasn't phoenixcourt yet. It was a building, I just hadn't bothered to clear it yet. Thats the second lot I was going to sell to you. You can still buy it if you want.

it apparently belongs to the city, so you're not allowed to sell it unless it's given to you. I'm planning to make it into something useful which anyone can use for free, given that it's next to my shop it means I can fix it up whenever it gets broken easily.

Also, the new creepers are horrible, one kept bugging out flying from a cavern down to the mine that was under it, hurting me each time. I had to run out backwards while shooting a bow at it, missing every time. Just remove them, no matter what you've done they've just been stupidly annoying, we can get gunpowder from gravel and music discs from dungeons anyway.
The house next to my shop was being destroyed by the owner (agent) but he ran out of TnT.
