Not Uploading!
Well, it said my project didn't upload, but I checked, and it did, but it was a project with the scratch cat saying it was flagged too many times. And it was like that for my brother, also. And every other new project. Is the ANY explanation???

It's an upload bug. See http://scratch.mit.edu/forums/viewtopic.php?id=78243 for more info. The Scratch Team is trying to fix this problem, hopefully it will be fixed soon. Sorry about the trouble. ^^;
