What a Great day! JK

So, i was at skewl and it was all good until Recess.

So i'm pretty much the only kid who still throws meltdowns and i'm in 5th grade. I've been really sensitive since i was in 2nd grade.

So, then the assistant principal helps me out, but i'm not in trouble. Then i go to his office, an then a teacher helps me a bit. But the teacher that always cools me down is not here ttoday, so i just got even madder, than i cooled down. I stayed with my class for the rest, but than i got a headache, and no one would help me

I went home and my mom talked to me, and i wasn't in trouble but the way she said made me kinda feel like it.

And now i feel like i'm gonna puke.

Re: What a Great day! JK

You're the same age as my brother and he's worse.  He either has total sensory overloads if he touches a FEATHER, or needs an amount of stimulation only 50+ people at once can give.

I know it sounds weird but try crushing yourself under something.  A weighted pillow/blanket, one of those big yoga balls, something.  It helps.  Trust me, if it works on my little brother (with the same kind of issues who is also the same age) then it has a high chance of working on you.

(Also if this works then it might mean you're slightly autistic.)

I keep forgetting signed tests and stuff (about all the time) and can be hyper and emotional so I tend to have an overall worse everyday basis.
