Is this normal?
Is it normal that new scratchers don't get as many views as Scratchers(not famous)?

By 'new scratchers' do you mean people with the rank New Scratcher or just Scratchers that are new?
As a general path though I'd expect newer Scratchers to receive less views as not as many people know them yet

Your status on the forums isn't directly related to the forums in any way. It's just most likely that, as someone new to Scratch, your projects are still being discovered, and you're just not as well known yet.

It only applies on the forums - at least, that's the only place that has any restrictions.
Addressing your first question, no, your status has nothing to do with how many views you get. I'm sorry to say it, but if you're not popular, it's really hard to get views.
I'm taking a break from Scratch until 2.0 comes out. Any messages sent between then and now probably won't be read - sorry.

I think that the New Scratcher Status doesn't have anything directly linked to your number of views, but chances are if you are not being active enough to become a scratcher, then how will anybody else notice you?

Don't even why i got over 100 views on 2 of my projects when i was new, cuz i have no idea.

It's pretty hard to be on alot because of school and homework. So majority of projects are gonna be slowed down...
