annoying comments!!!!
something that i hate is what some people puting in comments like 'i give this 3/10' etc etc
if people put that in then new scratchers may not want to go on scratch anymore
if you don't hav anything good to say don't say anything at all

Its called constructive advise, and this case it is inspiring new scratchers to make better projects. It's not "mean", its helpful.
Its says in the rules that you are supposed to inspire and help new scratchers as much as you can and constructive advise or inspirational advise counts as help.
But it is nice that you are trying to make sure other people arent mean to new scratchers.
