I reckon we should, before the Evergladians join us, build a large District. District 4. This District will be somewhere for the Gladians to live in while they get started.

It would have to be separate from District 1-3 since there isn't really any room, to build off from. Because of this they'd probably eventually leave, and the District could be used for mines, warehouses (storage houses for shops) and that sort of stuff.

So who'll decide the new mods? Will Qaz and Shamble decide? Or democratic? Where everyone votes? Or will the Gladians vote, since we decided our mods, so they should choose the other 2?
