i have noticed that Scratchers have been posting memes (which are cool) and i see people Making their own but I cant figure out how they are making them and I was wondering if anyone could help me.
I dint post this in all About Scratch because i read the note at the top and it said only ask questions that had to do with Scratch so if this is in the wrong place I can delete it.
