I've said it before and I'll say it again: people who like the show and aren't within it's target audience are generally considered to be bronies. It's not a word with a strict definition or set of requirements.

Yeah, I watch Powerpuff Girls. Just because it has the word "girl" or "pony" in them, it can still be entertaining for guys.
