Stickman Blood
I am currently making a game called Shells, and all the characters are stickmen. Would it be okay to post it on Scratch if when characters died blood came out of them? There wouldn't be any gore, and the blood would be minimal.

You can check out the Community Guidelines at http://info.scratch.mit.edu/Community_Guidelines. They aren't real specific, but they do say that it should be appropriate for all ages. Frankly, I believe it depends.
