INSPIRATION AND MORE.
ok, we know that EVERYONE wants sprites for their projects, well mostly everyone. So I wanted to be the contributor of the sprites. I mean, I have gotten over hundreds of sprites, but I think there should be a new block in scratch. One that you can choose a sprite that you want, and not have to download them. I think thats a good idea, just millions of sprites just THERE in Scratch, and everyone can use them. Who thinks that's a goood idea???

I think it was this:

If you have a Macintosh, use a program called Wine to run the app.
Isn't Wine for Linux? Or is there a Mac version?

THis sounds interesting. Will you create an online version, or will it be specifically for offline only?
There will be an online "demo" version that does not include any of the new blocks, but if you want them (the new blocks), you will have to use the offline version.

My n00bish first post
I'm ten years old, my account's name is Wickimen, and I found out about Scratch on another computer. I thought it looked interesting so I downloaded it (asked first, of course). I made my first project yesterday (Club Penguin Game 1) and put it on Scratch.com and it's ok, but you can only move right using the arrow keys. That's what I need to ask for help for. Scrolling! I really want to make it move with the mouse. Not spinning around. Like what 11alex did on ~Club Penguin~. Can anyone suggest anything?

It wouldn't work-The last post on the list is the one that I posted in a long time ago, but it may not have been my first post. Because it's from most recently posted in by anyone (On a thread I once posted on) to least, not most recently posted by me to least.

Mine is:
First of all I only know how to do it with global variables, but anyways: If you havent changed the names of the costumes, they should be like "costume1", "costume2", etc:
so you can clearly see the Costume #. Next, there is a little block in Looks ( I think the type of block is a reporter)that says Costume #.
So here is an example of the blocks you'd need for an alien game or something where every time you hit a spacecraft you get 10 pts. This would be a script for the spacecraft, which would have 2 costumes, a regular costume and a blown-up one:
, (costume # 2 )
<change{variable}by( 10
(This MAY not look good, it's my 1st time using blocks in the forum.)
You get the idea. When green flag clicked, if costume # = 2, change score by 10.
Which means:if it is in its blown-up costume, you get 10 pts.

Like it says in the title, i'm ProgrammingPro01. I will mostly be on the forums, posting away. I will make projects once in a while, but i'll need ideas.
I am going to make a topic on the suggestions forums with a title that is "Ideas. I need some." So if you would be nice and post some totally epic ideas, that would be great.
Thanks for taking the time to read, I appreciate that!
(P.s.: If you don't want to call me ProgrammingPro01, just call me PP01 for short. Thanks! )
