What do you mean by green laser? You do realize that a laser is a collection of coherent light waves, which means that if you see it, it burns you at the same instant (before the signal from your eye reaches your brain), so you never see it. A glowy laser is a weak laser. Actually, it's not even a laser because it means that the light waves are incoherent.
