To be honest, this reminds me of quite a few spam emails I have received... we could do without remix projects.

I can understand that. With all of thoughs one script add yourself to the *varies* But I like to think that this is different. I have done many different variates of projects, so I can find my strengths and weaknesses. Sometimes unfortunately, remixing is a big part of scratch, like it or not.
