New scratchers forums rules
If you're a new scratcher in the forums, this should help you.
New scratchers can't do things like:
Have a Signature
Post in the Miscallenous forum
New scratchers also have an 180 second rule. Once you're a scratcher, it turns into a 60 second rule.
How to get rid of the new scratcher status:
1.Post lots of projects, it should help you. Or...
2.Try to post as many posts as you can.

But add that they have to post alot and when posting on forums they have to wait 180 secs

I joined a few days ago. I have one project, 80-something posts, and I'm a New Scratcher.
BTW, I thought it was 360 seconds... meh, 180 is better xD
