What do you mean? Would it put scripts in order or double-check scripts?

I think it is intended to work like "clean up", but for scripts everywhere in the project.

That's an excellent suggestion (:
Thanks!
I really want one!
Hope the scratch moderator will see!
To get a Scratch Moderator to see this topic, you can use the grey “report” button, because when you report something, it doesn’t always mean bad, it just brings it to the attention of the Scratch Team.
So if you have a question that only the Scratch Team can answer, press the report button, and they will come!
For more info, go to the Scratch Wiki article about the report button.

This is true. However, please remember that only posts that need a moderator or admin's attention should be reported. (Such as in the case of material that needs removing or a question that would be best answered by us.) We do check the forums, so there's no need to report your thread if it's not important that a mod sees it.
That said, I agree that this would be very useful.

Exactly.
Basically, don’t abuse the report button. It can be helpful sometimes, but can easily turn into a game of Boy-Who-Cried-Wolf.

I'd like it to be an option in the edit menu.

Lol same

I don't think the Clean all feature would be very useful (unless you have 100+ sprites), but I wouldn't mind it being added
