I'll probably ask for that topic to be closed soon, considering that it's a pretty rubbish question (don't do it yet, mods!).
Anyway, my more important question.
How to end chapters?

With suspense.
Agreed.

Unless something important's happening or such, try and give chapters a light 'ending' feel - using suspense at the end of every chapter can possibly get weary

It depends on the story. Nobody's going to hold your hand and walk you through your own chapters.

1) Action/adventure/sci-fi story
2) Why so hostile all the time?

End your idea for that chapter with something thought-provoking.
Or just have a cliffhanger.

with a period.

Cliffhangers.
I read a chapter that ended, "Tam's breath froze in his throat as he looked and saw."
But yeah, end it with something that'll make your readers begging to know what happens.

Yep, cliffhangers are they way to go. Especially evil ones! When I end chapters in evil cliffhangers (on fanfiction.net), I tend to get a lot of reviews.
Examples:
Doc being alive in a post- Cars 2 story (TONS of reviews
)
Ferb being captured!
Evil cliffhangers leave them wanting more

with something cool
like
if a dime could fall or might not and that would change the course of the story, (the dime falling hopefully against the progatonist) then say "the dime began to
fall"
is how I would do it

For me, 1 chapter = 1 scene.

Cliffhangers are good, but not necessarily for every chapter, as people will start to get annoyed. So yeah, basically nothing no one's already said (sorry about the bad grammar, I'm tired)
There's this one series I got sick of though, it was pretty long and every book ended in suspense, which was so annoying I stopped reading them
*cough* Sisters Grimm *cough*
