I would make it so for every 1000 posts you made 10 seconds was taken off your 60 second limit. So if it got down to -10 the post would appear 10 seconds before you type it. :3

Put new blocks in. All of the ones I want that I know it's possible.
Ask me what I'm doing, wait an hour than roll a die, if it's 4-6, I'm playing Skyrim, if it's 1, I'm eating, if it's 2-3 I'm programming.
