I've been stung once. It's a kind of funny story:
I was in 5th grade and it was recess. I'm just standing there, waiting for my best friend to show up. I see a bug near my hand, so I swat at it.
Ouch.

I was stung by bees at the beginning of grade 6. Here's what happened.
I was out walking with my science class when someone steps on a beehive. The bees started chasing us. Me and 3 other kids got stung. We ran like heck to the nurse who gave us a lot of medicine and called our parents.
The next day, I switched science classes.

Stung by a bee and wasp, stepped on by a horse, bitten by my dogs (Still love 'em

I've been stung twice by bees. First on the back of my neck and second on my earlobe (ow).
Discuss bee stings and animals hurting you in general.
No animals ever hurt me.
I'm still afraid a bird is gonna go on my head.

Oh yeah. Me too. If I ever even think I see one, I keep at least ten feet away from it.

Bees are okay. They only sting if you get too close to their nest or try to swat them. My number one phobia is yellow jackets. In the climate I live in, they're all over. When I see one, even a picture of one, I get a chill. Bees are good because they're not aggersive, but I really don't like the thought of an angry animal flying around with a needle full of poison. They should be arrested for malpractice or something... Oh wait, they're not doctors
, speaking of doctors, because I'm afraid of wasps, I'm afraid of needles.Oh, I jump off the 15 foot high collapsing swing set in my backyard, I climb on my roof, I sit back and relax on the monkey bars at my school so high up you could break your neck if you fall backwards. I fell into a pothole running at 15 mph and didn't even break a sweat, (But thank god for bandaids. I think one of my classmates is hemophobic.)I shoot bows without safety gear and burn my arm. I do all sorts of stupid stuff and get hurt, but I get near a wasp or go in to get a shot and I feel like I'm going to pass out, or explode, or both. Bees are fine. Its wasps that you should be scared of. They are nasty little things.

Dunno why, but it seems like every kind of blood-sucking or biting bug out there views me as a free-for-all buffet. And every time I get bitten by a bug like a mosquito, the bitten area swells up like a microwaved marshmallow.
So I carry around a bug repellent of some sort whenever I'm going on a trip to a wooded area.
Same here!
But a bug's NEVER stung me!'
STORY TIME
I was in the line at the Health Hut (it's really a Snack Shack) with my cheer friend, L, when there were lots of wasps. A couple minutes later, I felt a tickle on my leg. I looked down and saw a FLIPPIN' WASP. I screamed really loud and kicked the side of my leg until he flew off. Then, really embarrassed, I blushed, gave 50 cents to the lady, recieved my popcorn and walked away. Fast.
ANOTHER STORY
My dad slammed the counter, and I was confused. He asked my brother, "Want to see the big, ugly bug I killed?" My brother looked and said, "Cool! (My name), you gotta see this!" I said, "Fine."
When I was close to dad, dad said "Wanna see the cockroach I killed?"
Very quickly, I said "OH GOD NO" and speed walked away.
AND
During math, a spider fell off the ceiling onto some groups table! It was hilarious! They all jumped up and screamed (not saying I wouldn't.)
(not really that
)
