*bleep*aroni and cheese
*bleep*aroni and cheese!
So, last Monday (Oct. 3rd), I checked out before 4th period, which we had a sub for.
Apparently, we had classwork!
Here's the good (not really) part.
I asked about classwork, etc. and Mrs. Teacher said we had none!
Then, she calls out for us to pick up our notebooks.
"H. Didn't finish."
"M. Didn't finish"
Then she gets to me, "K. Didn't do it..."
And, naturally, everybody looks at me. I get up to get my notebook and say "I wasn't here."
"Apparently you were." She said.
"But... I checked out."
"You're not marked absent on my roster. And I copied exactly what the sub wrote."
And I got a big, fat F.
I can even remember exactly why I checked out!!!

I only got final report cards in Australia until Yr 7, then Yr 8 is High School so I get marked on everything

Subs... We had a really grumpy sub for Irish and CSPE (don't ask they're both subjects here and here only) and now we have her for maths. For 6 months. At least she is better at maths, but I wish our old teacher was back. She didn't give you homework on Friday~

The sub we had in math doesn't understand the way it works
Usually our teacher tries to minimize it by saying stuff like...
Teacher: 'It's less than it looks like because you only have to do odds' etc
Us:
Which ups our morale a bit
The sub: 'It's actually a lot more than it looks like because it's sort of 4 problems per question. Just saying.'
