Well, if you built a script, you can run it by double-clicking on it. Or, hook your script up to the Green Flag block (in the Control section) and then when you click on the Green Flag (upper right corner of the stage area) your script will run.

<when green flag clicked>
<move( 100 )steps>
<turn cw( 90 )degrees>
<move( 100 )steps>
