my project takes up too much data! Help!

I made this Iljimae(its a korean drama show)project, but it said it takes up too much data. what do i do? i dont want to take things out,it is perfect.

as far as i got it, if you want to keep everything as is, and lessen space, shift click the extras button on the top somewhere and go to compression. Compress both your images and ur sounds
