Oh come on guys, as a -rather- more senior member in this topic, I can tell you that fame shouldn't be pursued. Just find enjoyment when you make projects.

If you came here just to get famous, you are sick in the head.
I agree 100% with this, I was gonna say the same thing, who cares how famous you are on the internet? Really.
Yeah, for example, I just came to Scratch so I could make up my own hockey game, and to learn how to program. People shouldn't come to Scratch with the intent of becoming famous, because fame is more of a bonus.
Exactly, That's like what i do! you should come to scratch with the intentions of doing your Most Favorite Thing, like... I make projects about my Passion: Nyan Cats! If you do a project on things you think Other people would like, it takes the fun out of it... Make a project on something you like!

And on top of that, it'd be a shame if you got famous and started making different types of projects, I like your latest project
Well, I guess the song did sync into my brain after I was on http://nyan.cat for around 10 hours e.e
And to Max, you barely were on Scratch. I mean, there are people that have been on here for years and never got famous. And, on top of that, people don't like it when scratchers post topics like this

The secret to be famouse is not to clash graphics, like you made a "drawed kart" with a 3D mario in it.
Try making all in one style.
And try more options in your projects.
This should help you.

How to get famous? Hm... my answer is.... EARN IT!
You expect to be lazy and get automatic fame.
I don't see why "fame" is even a problem on Scratch.
I don't want to go on the forums everyday and see "i'm not famous" or any cr-p like that.
Fame isnt something you should be going after on Scratch, it is about expressing your creative ideas and making a game or music video or.... well, you know what I mean.
I'm just saying that if you work on a project REAL hard, it will pay off. But its not nessisarlly "fame".
And I don't know why I typed all of that when I could just say the line above. Oh well.

two tips to get famous. 1. post links, especially on famous people's projects, explain the project and post the link (not to spam) then the views will pile in. 2. advertise one or more friends as much as you can until they get famous and then ask them to advertise you.

Well first thing I notice is a lot of Mario projects when I visited your page. Try design your own games from scratch (no pun intended) with your own sprites. I also notice you only joined recently. It took me six months to get front paged, and only now do I expect to get 100-200 views. Two years. Mhm, "fame" (about 300+ views) don't come easy, and never expect it. Just have fun, try hard, advertise your projects in Show and Tell, and have more fun! SDS is another way to get views, and there should be a Halloween theme coming out soon
