That's in order of worst to best, right? Because Windows 98 was like the 2nd or 3rd version of Windows NT.

XP????!?!?!??! WHY XP?! There's not even a real Windows Explorer (I keep trying to move files by opening two Run programs and dragging the file from one window into the other, and then remembering that it just gives me an error message for opening two Run windows)!

Order of preference:
Linux Mint (iz using right now)
Ubuntu (ick, unity)
Mac (FREE APPZ!! NO KSOD!!)
Windows (Slow. KSOD. BSOD. Frequently.)
Arch Linux (No GUI!)

Microsoft has been becoming greater and greater until Windows XP which was an amazing improvement, but then Windows Vista let us down. Windows 7 is just a redesign with a few more features and bigger graphics.
Macs have always been classic. They are based on the secure, tried and tested Unix system. Same as Linux. I don't think there has ever been an Mac OS update that has made anything worse.
I'd go with a Mac. Windows 8 is just.... disgusting

I don't care. XP is what I've used for my entire life, and I LOVE IT.

In memory of Steve Jobs. Mac OS Rules. Windows is absolutely the most stupidest operating system on earth, And Bill Gates is an absolute idiot. Bill should have died, Not Steve.

I prefer Windows 7 and Windows XP (although 99% of Windows XP computers I've used suck, it's the computer's fault, and ignoring that it's a good OS).
Mac's are good too.
I have a Windows XP and my mom has a Windows 7.

neither deserves to die
they are both great men
and i hope you eventually realise that
otherwise you'll be the absolute idiot
do you know how long an operating system takes to make? a really long time
tons of people worked on both macinosh operating systems and windows operating systems for ages to make them what they are
both operating systems are pretty awesome and it sucks that anyone would say what you just did
also
bill gates isn't even an employee of microsoft anymore
he hasn't worked on stuff for quite a while
so taking all of the flaws of windows and pointing them all at bill gates is just being ignorant
seriously
and i'm sorry if something i've said has offended you, but what you said offended me greatly
so please check your fact first and think about how much work people have done
sincerely,
veggie
