Is Scratch made with HTML?
I am learning HTML and was wondering if Scratch was made in that language or in a similar like PHP.

The program Is written in squeak. http://squeak.org/

Scratch, the downloaded project-maker is made in Squeak. Judging from the '.php' that I notice in the URL, the forums, at the very least, are made in PHP.

The main site is in CakePHP (and yes that site is safe). The forums are some ancient version of FluxBB that does use PHP.
