Curator!
When you become a curator, do all your favorite projects get erased? I mean like since I have about 5 or 4 pages of favorite projects that I selected. If I become a curator, then will the projects I selected to be my favorite be erased and the projects I select as a favorite project of mine during the period of time I am as a curator become my new favorites and I start over again? (Please let me know if this was confusing.)

Don't worry. Becoming curator can't and won't modify your favorites in any way, all it does is display your 3 most recently favorited projects on the front page.
I'm taking a break from Scratch until 2.0 comes out. Any messages sent between then and now probably won't be read - sorry.

So, I pick favorites quite fast, so even if I pick 3 new favorites in one day and in like an hour choose another favorite, one of my earlier favorites I picked an hour ago will not show anymore?

Yes, so curators tend to not favorite just any project during their shift, only the ones they want to curate.
