I made a project that used 'insert at of' block with a list:

If I add characters to the list, only 'a' and 'b' are capitalized. Other characters are OK.
This error occurs on the web only. I guess it is a bug of Java player v31.

Thank you for taking the time to write this up...I think it's the same bug I described for the Scratch Team a few months ago. I wish I could tell you when it will be fixed but I don't know.
