the latest player loads faster and is a more modern feel and is easier to navigate around and it should be the default on the eb but still have the old one for members who don't have fast computers.

I's fast but in song projects it buzzes. Like pretend I was listening to the song SOMEONE LIKE YOU. *=lyrics *Nevermind I'l find someone like ZZZZZZZZZZ. It is suppose to say you but it buzzes. AHHHHHHHHH Annoying!!!!

The flash player is great, other then some very irritating glitches, i love it! I love how you can play scratch games from some mobile devices! Its also very fast, its quicker then scratch 1.4 itself. I hope you guys can fix all the bugs!

Sometimes it works better because lag is reduced, but 0.1 seconds between frames goes from a standard internet gif to HYPERHYPER SO FAST IT HAS HIGHER FRAMERATE THAN A PC GAME.
...
It's really more optimized for gaming, mabye all projects tagged with game/flash will use flash window instead of Java?

I think Flash is great, but I don't think it should replace the Java player. I think you should keep the option of playing a project in Flash OR Java. That way, everyone is happy.
