I've seen people with so many scripts or too many scripts so you have to download it for it to work. Maybe your program is like that

Re: Why Won't my project work online? :C

Projects often run slightly different online than they do offline, due to the conversion from one language to another. In most cases, you won't notice anything. However, sometimes these differences are very obvious, and can make a project unplayable.

When this happens, your best bet is to write something huge in the project notes, like "DOWNLOAD!!! DOES NOT WORK ONLINE!!!" or something. People will normally listen, as it's such a common problem.

I'm taking a break from Scratch until 2.0 comes out. Any messages sent between then and now probably won't be read - sorry.

Hmm... The .sb file you downloaded should be exactly the same as the original. Are you absolutely sure the problem doesn't exist in the original project?

I agree with hmnwilson, perhaps you accidentally dragged a block out of a script right before uploading and didn't notice? Check your scripts. ^^

http://i52.tinypic.com/5es7t0.png I know what you're thinking! "Neptune! Get rid of those filthy advertisements and give us back the Zarathustra siggy, you horrible person!" Well, don't worry about it, the Zara siggy will be back soon, new and improved! ^^ Meanwhile, just do what the sig tells you to. >.>

probably there's a glitch in the programming.

just look at each script and try to see what you did wrong

Then, change what you think is the problematic script and see if it works. This is called debugging.
