I might be getting one soon ( 35 U.S. dollars short). Does anyone have anything they can tell me about it before I purchase it( other than the fact it's making Ds lites obsolete)?

the eShop is really cool. it lets you view trailers, screenshots, and it has a virtual console for gameboy games. plus it has all the DSiWare, and it has some 3DSware.

there are some great games like Ridge Racer and Street Fighter, plus games like Tetris, Mario Kart and Super Mario are coming out later this year. big_smile

and yeah.

online is x10000 better this time aswell, cause now there's only 1 universal friend code (one code per system, rather than one code per game), and you have a friend list and stuff.

the camera is really low quality though.

Let me put it this way: I got mine on release day, and I haven't regretted it for a second.

If I have one complaint, there's only a handful of really good games out at the moment. But that'll change completely within the next few months, when we finally get Super Mario 3D Land, Mario Kart 7, Paper Mario, Luigi's Mansion 2, etc. etc.

Its awesome! You should get one. (I'm using it to type this). And now is a great time to get one too. All the good games are coming out.

I'm definately going to get one soon due to the price drop and Luigi's Mansion 2.
I didn't get a DSi so all of the stuff that was on that will be new to me too, and will probably entertain me until some awesome games come out later.

I tried my friend's, pretty cool. I might ask my parents when Mario Kart 7 and a few other games come out.

They are really awesome. I have 3 games. Pac-man Galaga Dimensions, Star Fox 64 3D (Highly recomended), and Tetris Axis. The 3D works really well, you can make Miis, You can use these special cards called AR cards and they make images on the screen that aren't in real life. You can add other people as freinds. Have a Dsi with DSi ware? You can update your system, change its name to your Dsi's user name and transfer all of that data. It comes with face raiders, You can watch the nintendo show 3D on the internet, get pokedex 3-D, Nintendo video, and many more titles. Whats not to like about it?
