A 'go to' block

No, I don't mean go to another sprite, I mean that that there should be two new block, nearly similar to the broadcast and receive block, which you can put right into your scripts, so if the block (e.g. named "go to" and a free space to write into) is run, the block (for example named "Mark" and another fre space to write into) is then executed, and of course the blocks below it afterwards.

Such a suggestion might already exist, if it is so, please tell me
