The following statement is true: the preceding statement is false.
And it's "This sentence is false", not "this question is false". If it's "question", then it makes sense.

LOL, I always did that to may friends. I ask them this:
Answer this question yes or no only:
Are you willing to answer this question no?
Then when they get it wrong, I tell them the answer was 'yes or no only'.
