Not a bad idea... but what would the emoticon stand for? Scratch? I don't see when you'd want to use that smiley...

The Scratch Smiley was implemented on project comments.
Type :meow: in a PROJECT COMMENT to get the smiley. It doesn't work on the forums though.
Error:Signature could not load. Please wait for an indefinite amount of time, until you realize you're gullible and go off to look for another potentially interesting signature to stare at.
