How to make your own icon

I want to make my own icon but I don't know how to.  Someone please tell me how to.  Thanks!!   smile

1. open ms paint
2. press ctrl-e
3. make both width and height 90 pixels
4. press okay
5. draw cool stuff
6. save as a png
7. upload
