Can you go to megaupload? Ask someone to upload an antivirus (someone on scratch that you trust), like Malwarebytes.

Boot your computer into Safe Mode (at startup keep pressing F8 over and over) and go into Safe Mode with Networking.
Then download, update, and run a full scan on Malwarebytes.

Seriously? No safe mode? If you have an antivirus software, run a scan. If you don't, see if you can scan it over the Network from another computer. If you don't know how to go to do that over the Network, get Avast. If you don't have another computer... I don't know. Get a friend. I don't really care. If you don't have an antivirus software, transfer it from another computer onto yours over Network. If you don't know what a Network is, then WHAT IN THE WORLD ARE YOU DOING WITH A COMPUTER?!
Edit: Oh, and also what the above post says.

NO ANTIVIRUS? HOW LONG CAN YOU GO WITHOUT A VIRUS WITH NO ANTIVIRUS? A WEEK? I suggest avast! antivirus, just because it's just as good as anything else and Free.

1. Catch a Deoxys.
2. Cram it into a disc.
3. Insert the disc into your computer.
4. Set the Deoxys disc to 'Virus Kill'
5. Watch the virus die while Deoxys uses Hyper Beam.

If you won't reinstall because of the files and programs on your computer, put everything on a flashdrive that you really want and reinstall

No you can actually survive way longer than that unless you google things like "free games download". People like you give others the impression that Windows comes with pre-built viruses

Good argument. Instead of getting some common sense or maybe just installing an antivirus (or web-of-trust extensions if you are that paranoid), you should pay an additional 500$ for a pre-built computer which is the same as your regular computer just masked by shiny casing and a different OS.
If you're that desperate, buy a premium antivirus.
