So did we fix the legal issue? Because as Sparks said, just because it’s on the user made wiki, doesn’t mean it’s okay.
Earlier, I wrote:
This was something you were supposed to learn in kindergarden. Just because other people do it, doesn’t mean you have to.

I'm not exactly sure that having a mod's name on the Scratch wiki is a state of approval. The wiki is an information portal updated by lots of people and so your mod should have been listed on creation. However, you still need to look into renaming your mod for it to adhere to the TOS.
TOS??? Does that mean, "Tool Of Scratch?" LOL But really, what does TOS mean?

I meant to make it all caps, but it messed up. I will close this topic if I can soon.

To get it closed, just report the first post asking for it to be closed.

"If you can"?
You always can
Delete the first post. (ANd don't worry about not being able to delete it, it was made by you, after all)
And why couldn't you just mod 1.4 still? There's no reason not to so long as 2.0 isn't out. Which it isn't.
I also see no reason why you didn't just re-name the mod. It was quite stubborn of you not to. It's against the Scratch Terms of Use, you use Scratch, so you abide by them. Everybody has to. You don't get your own special rulebook. You could have just reported the topic to be re-named. Or, create a new topic.

I’m going to give you the bad news.
Your mod is illegal.no, the scratch licence says that any mod that is called "Scratch" is illegal.
If the name contains the word "Scratch" outside of the phrase "Based on Scratch 1.4 by the MIT Media Lab" the mod is illegal.

No, the Scratch License says:
* you cannot use the word "Scratch" to refer to derivative works (except in the phrase "Based on Scratch from the MIT Media Laboratory")
* you cannot use the Scratch logo or the official (copyrighted) Scratch cat in derivative works
* you cannot implement the ability to upload projects to any MIT Scratch website (currently, http://scratch.mit.edu)
* copies or derivative works must retain the Scratch copyright notice and license
The first bullet basically says, you can't have the word "Scratch" anywhere including the name of the mod, unless you aren't referring to the programming language, Scratch.
