Let's think about tomorrow's pvp battle.
Current contestants are me, markyparky, Dia, gbear, jfmlove and skittles. Hopefully we'll get one more, making 6.
How about it goes like this:
Match 1: Werdna123 vs Markyparky
Match 2: Gbear vs 16skittles
Match 3: jfmlove vs Player 6
Half time.
Match 4: Match 1 winner vs Match 2 winner -Winner earns 1 point
Match 5: Match 2 winner vs Match 3 winner -Winner earns 1 point
Match 6: Match 1 winner vs Match 3 winner -Winner earns 1 point
Whoever has the most points wins. If there is a tie, the winners fight together.
So for example it could go:
Match 1: Werdna123 vs Markyparky - MarkyParky wins
Match 2: Gbear vs 16skittles - 16skittles wins
Match 3: jfmlove vs Player 6 - jfmlove wins
Half time
Match 4: Markyparky vs 16skittles - 16skittles wins
Match 5: 16skittles vs jfmlove - 16skittles wins
Match 6: Markyparky vs jfmlove - Markyparky wins
So the results would be:
1. 16skittles
2. Markyparky
3. jfmlove

We need to work out a time for the event. It needs to be past 1PM CST and past 2PM EST. It also needs to be before 9PM BST...

Okay. EST is 5 hours behind BST. Let's do it all in EST.
So it has to be after 2PM EST and before 4PM EST.
So maybe 2:30PM EST until 3:00PM EST?
That's 7:30PM BST until 8:00PM BST.

hey qaz, long time no see. so, you might recall the griefing "incident" we had awhile back. I just wanted to say, im sorry again, and I really hope i can play on your server.
Could i please be whitelisted and just pretend none of that happened?

Events
Every week or two on Phoenix Survival we hold an event. Events include tourneys such as PvP and PvM, or spleef, and potentially building contests. Usually these events are held on the weekend for convenience's sake.
Scoring
Winners (and contestants that finished highly) earn Event Points. The event points champion gets their name on a trophy in the spawn complex. They also get a special title, [Event Champion], or just [Champion].
Benefits
Event winners, in addition to getting event points, also have their name put on the event winners wall.

And how will a 1 on 1 work with 7 people?
@Nacholad: There will be hidden chests around the city with food, swords, bows, arrows, fishing rods and armour in it. Only basic stuff like wooden swords and a few arrows though.
Fishing rods would be used to catch a player and make them fly towards you.
