Oh my god...I worked so hard on that project that I might quit Scratch and never return to it because I have lost this project.
I was installing Scratch 1.3.1 and I had this glitch in the previous version of Scratch where you sometimes can't see projects from your disk. Basically an invisible project. I cannot save it somewhere else because I can't access it from my desktop or something because of this glitch. So the project was saved in the Scratch folder inside Program Files. After I installed Scratch 1.3.1, my project got deleted!!!
What I mean is that when you install a new version of Scratch, you should be able to keep the projects that were left in the disk.
Now I have to start ALL over again...or I might just quit.

u could have loaded the project, installed 1.3.1, then downloaded and saved it again, so scratch doesn't really need wat u want

Can't, that's exactly what I did the first time. It just said that something was wrong with the file and then I had to exit out of my file in order to finish installing.
