Scratch

Can anyone help me with my problem regarding my toolbar icons and even on desktop icon like the Excel I have, no icon appear and all I see is white with its file name “file.xls” as example. I have my Microsoft Office properly installed and when I double click it, it normally opens the file. I also restarted my pc many times but still no excel icon. All I want to fix is that why there’s no excel icon.
