Depends how rich/famous. But probably rich. Because fame doesn't benefit you. Rich can get you nice food, cool stuff, a nice house etc.
Although it doesn't help you very much with living longer I guess, since rich people are just as likely to get diseases and such as other people. And of course I'd donate some to charity.

Rich-Being famous is overrated. You're never left alone. Everyone's bugging you-There's a reason most famous people are messed up.
And being rich, I could leave some for me, but donate most of it to charity and to research for cancer.
