1.) The pages will also show off cool projects by other people (Reviewers). That's basically ads.
And you can interview anybody.

I think it should be like this:
Cover: The Scratch Times
Page 1: Introduction
Page 2: Showing projects
Page 3: Another project
Page 4: An interview
Page 5: Forum News
Page 6: More Forum News or showing off a Scratch Mod (Such as Panther, not the moderators )
Page 7: If Page 6 isn't used for the mod, this one is.
The end with credits or something.
