Creepiest thing you remember seeing when you were little

Yet another "creepy" topic. When you were little, ever see a movie scene that scared you? Or an unsettling picture in a book? I know I sure have. What about you? Examples would be:

  - A scary scene in a childhood movie

  - A creepy drawing or picture

  - A freaky toy your deranged aunt bought you thinking you would like it
 
  - Or just one of those times when you walk into your parents room, and there's something scary on the TV.

The weird girl in scary movie 2. That freaked me out. My cousin made a fort out of pillows when we watched it to protect us from monsters.

Watching a movie with a FREEKY purple horse. I don't remember the story line at all.

I ask people I watched it with but they don't remember anything about it  hmm

Is it that movie where a girl wanders off from her parents, who're having lunch, and stumbles into a world full of monsters(I remember being so startled when I saw that her parents had become sentient pigs).

Also, I came across this picture in the Saw Wiki. It wasn't a very gory scene(not a single drop of blood), but somehow the woman looked like she had an elongated neck(angle, I guess) and that really scared me.

You have to see it to believe it.

There was this really strange scene in the "Willy Wonka & the Chocolate Factory" movie where everyone is riding in a boat. I know Willy Wonka is supposed to be some rather strange fellow but that boat ride scene totally creeped me out.
