Ah, the age-old question. It's not easy to get attention, especially when you're competing with a few hundred thousand other members.
I think one of the most effective ways to advertise your projects (without being annoying) is to put a link in your sig, and then get active on the forums. A lot of people will see it, meaning you're guaranteed more views.
I'm taking a break from Scratch until 2.0 comes out. Any messages sent between then and now probably won't be read - sorry.

how do I put it in my sig? I can't find out where to go to do it!
