downloading onto scratch?

Ok I'm pokezelda and I wanted to know how to download stuff on scratch.

There's a link to the right of the project that says "Download the _ sprites and _ scripts of "[project's name]" and open it in scratch".

I'm taking a break from Scratch until 2.0 comes out. Any messages sent between then and now probably won't be read - sorry.
